Cold-pressed means we extract juice from fresh fruits, roots, and vegetables without heat, helping preserve their naturally occurring nutrients and fresh flavour.

We make our wellness shots from carefully selected fresh ingredients and press them in small batches for a concentrated, convenient 60ml serving.

Our products are not certified organic. However, we carefully source our ingredients from trusted suppliers and farms, prioritising quality and freshness.

Selected ingredients may be organic depending on the recipe and availability.

We want our products to stay as close to their natural form as possible, so we make our cold-pressed shots without artificial preservatives.

Instead, we focus on careful preparation, hygiene and proper refrigerated storage to maintain product quality and freshness.

We do not add refined sugar to our cold-pressed wellness shots.

Most of the natural sweetness comes from the fruits used in each recipe. Selected recipes include a small amount of honey, such as our Turmeric Shot and KaleMoringa Shot, to create a more balanced flavour.

We brew our Kombucha using organic cane sugar as part of the fermentation process. During fermentation, the SCOBY and beneficial microorganisms consume part of the sugar.

Our Kombucha is a naturally fermented Earl Grey tea, brewed with a living SCOBY culture to create its refreshing, lightly sparkling taste.

Unlike conventional soda, which is typically made with carbonated water and added sweeteners, kombucha is fermented, giving it its distinctive flavour and naturally occurring cultures.

It certainly tastes like one!

Our Fish Scale Collagen Jelly has a soft, refreshing jelly texture with the natural flavours of red dates and longan, lightly sweetened with honey rock sugar and set with plant-based agar.

Each 200g can contains 15g of hydrolysed Type I fish collagen, made from barramundi (Siakap) fish scales sourced from Sabah. It’s an easy and enjoyable way to include collagen in your daily routine ~ almost like having dessert with an added beauty and wellness boost.

Our products are made with Halal-compliant ingredients and produced in a GMP-certified facility registered with Malaysia’s Ministry of Health (KKM), with strict food safety and quality standards.

Our Wellness Shots are alcohol-free.

Our Kombucha contains only trace amounts of naturally occurring alcohol from fermentation (less than 0.5%), which falls within JAKIM and globally recognised Halal thresholds.

Our Fish Scale Collagen is made from Barramundi (Siakap) fish scales sourced from Sabah, Malaysia.

The fish scales are processed and hydrolysed locally in Malaysia rather than being imported as ready-made bulk collagen powder, allowing for better traceability throughout the production process.

It is suitable for pescatarians, but not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding are different for every individual, so we recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare professional before regularly consuming concentrated wellness shots.

This is especially important for products containing ingredients such as turmeric, beetroot or moringa, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are taking medication, or have been advised to follow specific dietary restrictions during pregnancy.

Our Wellness Shots are made from food-based ingredients, but because they are highly concentrated, we recommend introducing them to children carefully and in smaller amounts.

For young children, parents may consider diluting the shot or offering a smaller serving rather than a full 60ml bottle.

As every child is different, we recommend checking with your paediatrician if your child has allergies, medical conditions or is taking medication

If you take medication regularly, we recommend checking with your doctor or pharmacist before consuming concentrated wellness shots daily.

Certain ingredients may interact with some medications. For example:

• Turmeric and ginger may require additional caution for people taking blood-thinning medication or preparing for surgery.
• Beetroot may affect blood pressure, so those taking blood-pressure medication should seek medical advice.
• Moringa may influence blood sugar levels and may require additional caution for people taking diabetes medication.

Our Wellness Shots are foods, not medicines, but concentrated ingredients can still have physiological effects. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medication, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

Our Fish Scale Collagen Jelly contains fish and is therefore not suitable for anyone with a fish allergy.

Our Wellness Shots are formulated without common ingredients such as dairy, gluten, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. However, customers with severe allergies should contact us before purchasing so we can provide the most up-to-date ingredient and manufacturing information for the relevant product.

There’s no single “perfect” time ~ consistency matters more than timing.

• Turmeric Shot – Can be enjoyed any time of the day. Many people prefer taking it with or after food, especially if they have a sensitive stomach.
• KaleMoringa Shot – Enjoy it in the morning, with breakfast, or anytime you need a convenient daily wellness boost.
• PomeGut Shot – Enjoy it in the morning, after meals, or anytime it fits easily into your daily routine.

Choose a time that fits naturally into your routine ~ the best time is the one you can stick to consistently.

Everyone responds differently depending on factors such as diet, lifestyle, activity level and how consistently the products are consumed.

Some people may notice certain effects, such as feeling more energised after Beetroot, relatively quickly, while benefits associated with regular nutrition and wellness habits generally take more time.

For products such as our Turmeric Shot and Fish Scale Collagen Jelly, we recommend making them part of a consistent daily routine rather than expecting overnight results.

We recommend 1–3 bottles per day, depending on your wellness goals and routine.

Each can contains 15g of hydrolysed Type I fish collagen, so regular, consistent intake matters more than the time of day.

However, if you prefer to enjoy them separately, leave about a 30-minute gap between your Wellness Shot and coffee.

More importantly, choose a routine that is comfortable and easy for you to maintain consistently.

When stored correctly:

• Cold-Pressed Wellness Shots – Up to 30 days unopened when refrigerated at 0–4°C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
• Kombucha – Up to 30 days unopened when refrigerated at 0–4°C. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 5–7 days and keeping it refrigerated.
• Fish Scale Collagen Jelly – Up to 12 months when refrigerated at 0–4°C. Once opened, consume immediately.

Every product is labelled with its own best-before date, so always refer to the date printed on the packaging.

Our Cold-Pressed Wellness Shots and Kombucha are made without artificial preservatives and are kept refrigerated to maintain their quality and freshness.

Rather than extending shelf life unnecessarily, we focus on fresh ingredients, careful production, and a strict cold chain from production to delivery.

That’s why proper refrigeration at 0–4°C is important from the moment you receive your order.

This is completely normal.

Because our Kombucha is naturally fermented, you may notice natural yeast and culture sediment settling at the bottom of the bottle. The amount can vary slightly from batch to batch.

You can give the bottle a very gentle swirl if you prefer it mixed in, or simply leave the sediment at the bottom for a clearer pour.

Do not shake the bottle, as Kombucha is naturally carbonated and may fizz when opened.

Natural separation is completely normal in our Cold-Pressed Wellness Shots.

Because we use real fruit, vegetables, roots, and other natural ingredients without adding emulsifiers to keep everything artificially suspended, some natural pulp and plant particles may settle over time.

Simply shake the bottle well before drinking.

Natural differences in colour, texture and separation may also occur between batches due to seasonal variations in fresh produce.

Keep our Wellness Shots, Kombucha, and Fish Scale Collagen Jelly refrigerated at 0–4°C, including before opening.

For best quality, refrigerate your products as soon as you receive them, and avoid leaving them at room temperature for extended periods.

We do not recommend freezing our Wellness Shots.

Freezing and thawing may affect the shot’s natural texture, consistency and overall drinking experience.

For the best quality, keep your shots refrigerated at 0–4°C and enjoy them within the recommended shelf life printed on each bottle.

We currently deliver throughout West Malaysia.

To maintain product quality and freshness, we pack orders in insulated cooler bags with ice packs to keep them chilled during transit.

For deliveries outside Klang Valley, we use cold-chain delivery services where applicable to help maintain the required refrigerated temperature throughout the journey.

At the moment, we do not offer delivery to East Malaysia or overseas, as maintaining a reliable cold chain over longer distances remains our priority. We hope to expand our delivery coverage in the future.

Delivery generally takes 1–3 working days within West Malaysia, depending on your location.

For Klang Valley, orders placed before 11am, Monday to Saturday, will usually be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to delivery availability and order volume.

We always aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the cold chain and product freshness.

Yes. Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery zone and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Because everything is fresh and perishable, we can't accept returns for opened or unrefrigerated products. But if anything arrives damaged, warm or off, message us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it, no questions.

Yes, until we've shipped. Send us a message as soon as you can; we batch produce and pack daily, so the window is short.
