Artisanal Kombucha
Kombucha
Fermented slow. Bottled fizzy.
Our Kombucha is brewed over 14 days using Earl Grey tea, organic cane sugar and a live SCOBY culture, then bottled and kept refrigerated to maintain its freshness and natural character.
Light, gently tangy and naturally sparkling, it’s an easy alternative to conventional soft drinks. During fermentation, the live culture consumes part of the sugar, creating the balanced flavour and gentle fizz that make Kombucha so distinctive.
What you’ll notice
- A light, refreshing fizz with a pleasantly tangy finish.
- An easy way to include a naturally fermented drink in your daily routine.
- Four distinct botanical flavours, so you can rotate depending on your mood.
When to drink it
Enjoy 100–300ml chilled, between meals or with food.
Open carefully, as natural fermentation creates gentle carbonation.
Enjoy Kombucha with a meal, as an afternoon refreshment, or anytime you want something light and sparkling.

100% natural · No artificial flavourings · No added preservatives.
100 to 200ml a day, between meals. Let it work as a daily gut-care ritual rather than a thirst-quencher. Open carefully (it’s lightly fizzy), serve chilled. Pair with a heavy meal to ease digestion, or sip in the afternoon as a clean caffeine-free lift.
Always refrigerated at 0 to 4°C. The live cultures keep slowly fermenting, so keeping it cold preserves flavour and fizz. Best within 30 days unopened, 5 to 7 days once opened.

Why our community keeps reordering.
Started drinking these daily three months ago. My energy levels are through the roof and I no longer need my afternoon coffee. The whole family is hooked now!
I honestly expected the Turmeric Shots to taste like strong curry, but they are actually so zesty and refreshing! It's become my favourite way to wake up in the morning without caffeine.
I love having a Kombucha after a heavy lunch. It really helps settle my stomach and I don't feel that 'food coma' sluggishness anymore. Plus, it's not too sweet like other brands.
I've tried a few collagen brands, but this Collagen Jelly is by far the easiest to stick to. It tastes like a dessert, and after finishing my first box, my skin definitely feels more hydrated.
Frequently Asked Questions
Trace amounts (under 0.5%) produced naturally by the live cultures during the 14-day ferment. Not enough to feel or smell; ripe fruit can contain similar levels. Within JAKIM and global Halal thresholds.
Yes. Every ingredient is Halal-compliant, and the trace alcohol from fermentation falls under the recognised threshold. We're working towards formal JAKIM certification.
Those are live cultures and natural protein strands, exactly what you’d find in raw, unpasteurised kombucha. Swirl gently before opening, or leave it if you’d prefer a clearer pour. Safe either way.
We brew with organic cane sugar, and the live cultures consume most of it during the 14-day ferment. Final residual sugar averages 4 to 6g per 100ml, significantly less than soda or fruit juice.
Because the cultures are alive. Cold slows them down; warmth speeds them up. Leave a bottle on the counter and you’ll get a fizzier, more sour brew, and eventually a popped cap.
